This video from March 2012 is a motion graphic which briefly describes the Build A City project. I was impressed by the animation which is really well done but to me doesn't detract from the video's message. The colors are eye-catching, pleasant, and positive without being annoyingly "cheery," which perhaps wouldn't be quite appropriate. Each element flows effortlessly into the next, and the use of morphing, pacing, and a variety of transitions really holds your attention. The narration is also well done. It's great to see motion design being put to use for something really important—making positive changes in the world. And check out the logo—I think it's really cool!
